noppess.. if u have OC'ed the processor then u need more power.. atleast 600W or above.. to be on a safe side..

well if u are going for a new rig then it would be better to invest in a PSU too.. something over 600W.. but I wont suggest a core i5 and GTX 560 on a 450W PSU.
Not Selling the card anymore.. mods please remove the thread..
