PC Peripherals Mouse within 3k : Fingertip Grip

I'm looking out to get my first gaming mouse... Budget is around 3k...

Found out that Logitech G400 and Razer Deathadder are two recommended mouse in this budget...

I loved the corsair M60/65 but at this exchange rate mostly it'll be out of my budget :shifty: ...

Also read about Logitech G400S, looks nice but doesn't seem to available here...

Razer seems to have low quality, so would like to avoid it...
 
Do you suggest using mouse mat with these? ATM I don't use any...
If I need to get one then I need to accommodate both in 3k... in this scenario what are the options?
