My config - i5 2400 , Intel DH67Cl , Msi GTX 560ti , 2x 4GB corsair vengence , Corsair tx650

I am currently using a Dell ST2320l(1080p) and would like to upgrade my screen so please suggest what options i have

budget - 20-25k

I normally use it for gaming , watching movies or browsing

you already have a 23 inch full hd screen. you want to upgrade the screen to what? you want bigger monitor or higher resolution or better panel?
 
if u want bigger lcd with more resolution, so i suggest your should go Dell u2711 or 30 ultrasharp which it has 2560x1440 , or 2560x1600 relo and where it cost from 45k to 75k so your need to increase the budget

I m looking for a bigger screen but i think 1080p resolution is fine for now

The 23'' works for my FPS etc. games but racing games would look better on a larger screen also it would improve the movie experience
