Mobo for Core2Duo Processor - Chennai Location Preferred

HI,
My Motherboard recently conked out and need a basic mobo to get the system up and running again. I just require a basic motherboard with

1. Core2Duo processor (LGA775??) socket
2. PCI-E slot for taking my nVidia card
3. 4 DDR-2 RAM slots - I run 2x512MB and 1x1GB in Dual channel
4. Sata slots

Chennai seller preferred to save on shipping cost and also I can test the Mobo with my processor before taking delivery. If any of you plan to sell, please let me know.
