Smartphone Mobile Phone/ Tablet without camera

My workplace does not allow camera phones to be carried inside the office premises, The choice as everyone know is very narrow as the cheapest of phones comes with at least a 0.3 Mp VGA camera, I am looking for a smartphone which has all the capabilities of a smartphone but without a camera.I need help to figure out if there are any decent tablet/phone which can suit my requirments, I can import from Hongkong/Singapore if required, I am sure there are others as well who are in the same boat as I am,
