I was on a Dragged Leave :eek:hyeah: .We Went To Shimla For 3 Days .Anyways I Have Added Online Support System To The Website For All You People .Currently We Have Created The Following Departments

1 : Sales @ Marketing

2 : Repair

3 : Maintenance

4 : Support

5 : Accounts

I Would Be Available For Online Chat Most of The time .I Would Also Be Training the Staff To Handle this In a Week Time .This is Make Us More Efficient As Now I Will Not Have To Reply To Lots of Emails That Come To Me And I Am Not Able To Attend That .The System on Online Chat Is Deployed And Anyone From a Web browser Can Chat With Us .
