Storage Solutions Internal hard disk or External???

Hi Friends, I have an internal 80gb Hard Disk and i am planning to upgrade it to terabyte, please Help which brand do i go with... or will it be a better option to go with external hard-disk????

go for internal if you do not want to move it to other place. More ever internal ones are faster then external.
