Audio IEMs which go over the ear like E30s

My friend has trouble with regular IEMs which keep falling out of her ears. So we're looking for some suggestions on IEMs which go over the ear, like the Soundmagic E30s:

Are these the best option under Rs 3k?
 
^e30s are angled in such a way that it's actually convenient to insert them around the ear. Regular IEMs aren't exactly comfortable that way.
 
i use SM es18 in gym that way
run the cables around the ear and use that stopper (IDK what is it called) to tighten up the cables..
no problems till now
and yeah you can go for E30.. its a nice IEM
