OC & Modding How much more can this go??

Hey guys, I finally oc'd my E7200 to 3GHz stable on stock :clap:
Here are the pics:

I just want to know how far can it go on stock?? Is oc'ing it more on stock advisable??

I woudn't wanna push more than 3.2 or so on stock cooling, get an aftermarket cooler and OC the hell out of it

^^can u suggest a decent vfm cooler?? and how much oc'ing would be possible on the cooler?

If you can spend then a core contact freezer /TRUE .

or else OCZ Vanquisher.

OCZ Vanquisher better for AMD builds.
I suggest OCZ Vendetta 2, you can get one for about 2.5k, great cooler. An alternative to that is TRUE(Thermalright Ultra 120)
Go for core contact freezer 90mm or thermalright ultima 90 if you want something a bit cheaper, though i strongly recommend the OCZ Vendetta 2.
You should be able to push to 4Ghz with it .
