Help PLZ Display driver Problem :(

When i run games or videos I get the following message:
"Display Driver Nvidia Windows Kernel Mode Driver Version 190.16 stopped responding and has successfully recovered"
sometimes screen flickers and computer freezes and restarts
I am using Win7 32bit and a Geforce 8800GT
I tried a few different driver including the latest from Nvidia homepage but with all of them I get this error...before this with driver version 195.62 everything was fine but suddenly this happened,
Any hints would be very nice..
 
Quite a few people are having this issue in Win7 with the 190 series drivers, and using the 186.16 driver has fixed it for some.
Give it a try.

Had the same issue a week back...rolled back the drivers and it was sloved :)
 
well your GPU is getting overheated.. I had this problem with my old card.. and the temp used to cross 90C .. download GPU temp.. and when this thing happens chk ur temperatures..
 
idle temp is 63c card is factory overclocked ...
And i noticed while running movies comp starts to freeze with temp suddenly going to 75c.
Is this normal idle temp and load temp ??

Also i tried putting 8600GT it ran without any issue so i think its the card overheating thats giving problem....

Can i apply for Rma for this overheating issue??
