PC Peripherals Help - No video :(

I had opened my cabby to reinsert my soundcard. Since there was a lot of dust i had cleaned it by removing some cables. On starting the pc, it was booting by itself with a message after 3 boots that the overclocking had failed(i did not overclock). Now after tryin wat ever i could think of and then re assembling, the system is running, but wont give any video. I switched gpu and the monitor and still there isnt anything on screen. Anyone got any ideas as to wat can be done?

Pc config

e6300, msi neo2, corsair 2x1g ram, 8800gt, antec smartpower 500w, esi juli@ soundcard, 160gb seagate

I reassembled and now the screen has appeared. But it just reboots before login into windows. Back to square one:-(. Am on it since yesterday afternoon. Someone help

About the issue ,try to going to windows advanced options by tapping F8 and disable automatic restarts ,let us know if u get any error message.
