Help in setting up a Connection

I stay on the second floor of my house, and that is where I use the BSNL 750HUL broadband plan. Now I am preparing to set up three Desktops in the ground floor for training purposes. Can I connect these three machines with my machine on the second floor through Wi-fi? If so how, or if this is not possible, what are the other options to try out?

Please help me with this. Also suggest whatever hardware I need to buy for the purpose.

first, simply put one wifi router at GF so that network can be shared in 3 systems, at 3rd floor, put a wifi card if its a desktop ... share the net connection.
