Graphic Cards Graphic card suggestion please..

Hello guys!
Well I need some suggestions on buying ati 4670 graphics card

First of all let me tell you my system specs :

Amd athlon X2 3800+ (2 mhz)
Asus M2N-MX motherboard
1 gig 667 mhz ram
Foxin cabinet with integreted PSU(400 w it says!)
LG 700b 17" monitor

I used to have a Xfx geforce 7600gt gfx card and it ran well for 3 years! Then a few days before when I was playing "Prototype" some red and blue lines and shapes appeared throughout the screen and the computer restarted..Then the graphics card never worked! Its officially dead..What can be the reason of it? My PSU or the Heating?

And now that I need to buy a gfx card I dont have that much of money! My budget is around 5000 bucks! Please suggest a good gfx card! I shortlisted the ATI 4670! Should I buy it?

And then do I have to buy a new psu with it?

And if I have to please suggest a new psu within 1k!

I would like to play new games like GTA4,COD6,Fallout 3 etc at medium settings..Will I be able to do that?

4670 is a good card, why do u have two threads for same query??

Go in for XFX 4670 1 GB DDR5 for 4.5k . But it needs an good PSU although its not an powered card . For your budget go in for Zebronics Platinum 400 watts but retails at 1400. You can play the latest games overall at above medium settings.

5000/- for PSU + Graphics or the card only ? 4670 + FSP SAGA II 350W would be best.
