Had used them as Raid 0. Excellent performance for Gaming and OS.

UR .11 is way faster, .10 250GB has bad random access, above 15sec and only 89~ mbps. .11 500GB is 94~ mbps 12ms random access. Or get Seagate .11 320/640GB (320GB platter), awesome performance, 100mb+ w/ 12sec random access.
