guys unable to download from wupload/hotfile.
the message i get is
The URL you requested has been blocked as per instructions from Department of Telecom(CHNN). URL = hotfile.com/
I am on vodafone gprs.I paid rs 699 rs and this is what i get.
called up the customer service and he says that he is only for disconnection/connection issues.I asked him to escalate this issue to his supervisor and he cuts off the phone.I asked him show me the trai order and he disconnects the phone.
these isps are taking us for a ride.feel so frustrated.any remedies?
