I want to write data on dvd & cd but i am confused as which kind of dvd i shld use
if DVD-R or DVD+R .
data will be mostly office data (many formats) in different formats n only some times
will be video or pictures .

1.Main purpose DVD shld keep the data for long time without any prblm,
2. DVD shld b scratch resistant (if possible),

I have shortlisted VERBATIM i guess it is better than Moserbear
do help me out as to which dvd i shld buy & of which company .

Here importance is to be given to DATA and not the price
 
you can go for DVD-R, it is the most compatible format. .The DVD+R is also compatible, but you can face problem if you are going to use it on much older drives, as they don't support DVD+R
