Doubts regarding PS3

I ordered a PS3 320GB with Move Starter Pack from Flipkart. I'm yet to receive the order. I've having a few doubts regarding it:
1. To play games like The Fight, is it compulsory to buy a 2nd Move Motion Controller?
2. Is the Move Navigation Controller required to play Move-based games?
3. Which jailbreak/downgrade dongle should I buy? Is it okay if I buy the PS Jailbreak? Or are there any better options?
4. Which are the best games for the PS3 as well as the Move?
5. Is there any jailbreak or hack which can make NTFS drives to work with PS3? If it isn't possible, then how can I format a 1TB external drive in FAT32?

Also.. buy the cheapest Jailbreak you can get your hands on , as it is you can only play older games on it... all newer games will require you to update as it is.

From which site can I buy the downgrade/jailbreak device? As my firmware is 3.50, I need to first downgrade.
