Distributor for 2k games?

Does anyone the distributor for 2kgames in India? I am basically trying to get a copy of Nba 2k9 which is releasing for the PC for the first time.

Off-topic, but I really need to get me a copy of Farcry 2.. When do ya guys think it'll hit Indian retail outlets? Should I just order it through KMD? I don't have a Steam account, so that option's not viable.

Even if you did have a steam a/c it's not available for pre-order for people outside North America. No word on it's Indian retail release either.
