Unfortunately at all dealers I visited in pune, tilak road and spoke on phone in pune,

I had no one stocking LG dishwasher and many of them have not even heard of it.

First thing they used to say why siemens get ifb.

I had to tell them specifically that I want siemens only.

Its a heater element as I think.as it also has black cable coming to it.

let engineer come tomorrow morning.

I will take his detailed interview.

Have doubts regarding bottom assembly and salt water hardness settings.

Regarding LG dishwasher,

I think its pure import and quite costly.in fact costing more than Siemens.

Out of all vessels utensils,

Only thing it failed was on tawa which was classic Indian tawa with oil and all.

Maybe with higher temp.and total face down for tawa,it will be clean.

Here in first run it was just on side plates.

Here is snap in middle of wash cycle when we opened out of excitement during power failure.
Regarding environmental friendliness,I have set it at 35°c.its worth if you calculate amount of electricity used to lift all water in terrace water tank.maid's wasting all water right from when they enter bathroom till they stop when we shout and all.
It says some 2300 kW h fir one year at 50°c temp.

Wow!! it looks so clean and that too even before the washing cycle is complete. Always wanted to buy one but was skeptical as mostly we get hard water only and was not sure how it would perform on the long run. Congrats on your purchase.

Dont worry about hard water at all.

Its having some one kg salt reservoir to keep water as required.

You can even set how much water softness you require.

Absolutely no worries on that front.

At 35deg I guess its not too much... I thought it ran at 50 or 60 deg (my IFB runs at one of those temps.)
Also, 2300kWh for 1 yr seems like a wrong figure..
Are you sure its not 2300 Wh for 1 wash cycle(at 50 deg)?

Hi
Congrats on your Siemens purchase.
My parents too did get one (not sure of the model) very recently (I insisted on any of the german engg products Siemens/ BOSCH and next in preference KAFF/LG). They are yet to install. Its been a battle with the maid not turning up for work regularly, not cleaning vessels properly, usage of excess water, wastage of powder etc. So finally decided to go for one. I did some review and found that Siemens do consume very less electricity. We also had an eye on BOSCH which has started its products in the market very recently. BOSCH is also good. Well anyway the German engineering, so nothing to worry about. But finally went for Siemens.
Have you taken any extended warranty?
Can you specify the link (site) to get the accessories for the Siemens DW?
Thanks

you dont need any accesories and nor are any available.

i was offered stand and cover by ifb guys but I did not purchase any.

Only thing i use is detergent and rinseaid.

i bought finish brand from siemens showroom itself.

its one month and 10 days but detergent is still not run out.

it does last for like 40-45 days for family of 3 .

I will post my purchase of deteregent as and when i need it.

i got se25 white.

siemens site is hit or miss.

Its not listing all models which are available online.

I will suggest you can visit your local dealer.

Or I can give you sales manager's contact no. for maharashtra area.
