Citibank Globeshopper

I need to get some loudspeaker drivers from the US. I was wondering if anyone has used the Globeshopper service with Citibank credit cards

Prices and delivery times seem reasonable. Any gotchas I'm missing?

Feedback from anyone who has personally used this will be highly appreciated.

I have used this service. Delivery time was reasonable. I did not agree with their custom duty charges and felt that shipping was a bit on higher side. If these things are okay with you then their service is commendable

I have used their service twice in last three months.

How much time did they take? And was custom duty higher than what they had initially estimated?

There was not much difference between the estimation and actual. The latest import, was an $8 electronic part and I was hoping there will be no customs duty. Actually the shipping is pretty expensive. But I had no choice. Total came to around $14 (almost double!!!).

I think delivery time was around 10days. If you can club small items into a single lot (by opting for 30 day holding facility) then your total shipping cost can reduce drastically.
