I just wanted to know if the CDMA providers in India do provide the service for Laptops. I mean you get a USB Dongle/PC Card, push it into your laptop and surf on-the-go.

I think Tata Indicom, Reliance, BSNL provide such services. Do they provide a Dongle + RUIM card combo? Or are the dongles electronically serial-numbered, removing any need of using a RUIM?

----------

Actually if those dongles provided worked with any RUIM, I would arrange to get it. I've been crapping myself to get a dongle. The ones available here dont work with Mac OS X.

And I guess Indian providers sell a bit standard dongles compared to Nepalese providers.

Thanks.

^ I think it would be almost futile for me, a different national, talking to a private firm based in a different country.

@Sandeep
Nope, thats for GSM. I need for CDMA frequency.
