Can't open WIn7 after XP installation

I had earlier installed Win 7 and XP on my PC but due to some problems of slow down in XP I had to reinstall it. After the installation, I am not able to log on my Win7 OS.

I tried repairing the boot via WIn7 DVD but it failed as my WIn7 is 3 in 1 DVD borrowed from my friend as my DVD has been misplaced.

Kindly suggest me a software which can repair the boot loader....
 
boot loader wont be repaired.......bcoz it got replaced by the win xp boot loader..........nothing will work.
i have gone through this many a times.

and this is the reason why, it does not work.
older version of windows cant be installed over a newer version....
