FS: Photography Canon 70-200mm EF F4 L IS Lens

For sale, the legendary 70-200 mm F4 L IS Canon Lens.

Note this is the lens with IS and is weather sealed.

Optically perfect, no issues.

Minor wear and tear of paint is visible.

Front element has a hairline scratch, which does not affect photos in anyway. Photographers will know reason for this.

A damn good general purpose lens.
Was this scratch because you did not use a protective filter or a hood and your lens hit something?
This has been my next target to acquire for last one year and I am still no closer to acquiring this.

No it was not because of my mishandling.
Infact I always use this lens with a proper UV filter which shall be provided free of cost with lens.

The minor hairline scratch was present when I purchased it. I am 2nd owner of this lens.

Before you say anything, a new one right now costs ~80k IIRC.

I am sure you are aware that such a minor scratch cannot affect photographs.
Also the lens can outlive you easily.

Do you have a Canon DSLR which you actually use?
I apologize for being rude, but you don't understand lenses, do you?

Certain mistakes.
1. The site is perhaps some scam site with no relevance in market.
2. The site shows you an image of 70-200 F2.8 L lens which is a different beast.
3. The mistake you are doing is that you ignored that fact that there are 2 lenses Canon makes for 70-200mm F4 L line. One is without IS and one is with IS. This is the one with IS, which costs lot more than non-IS version.

You want price, how about this?

56000 is price of the cheaper non-IS version.

Now are you going to buy, when you are getting it for close to 37K less?

As @blufox pointed out there are 2 concerns with your link i) the product image is wrong ii) the link is of the non-IS version. The one sold by OP is the IS version, which is costlier. The non-IS version is excellent too, but to use it properly you would require to carry tripod most of the time.
