i m using it BSNL ULF1100 plan
in that plan i shld get 2mbps upto 10 gb n after that 256kbps
now i hav complained 3 times first they said they will check and get
back to me second time they cleared my complain without even contacting
me n now third time they are saying that i will get upto 2mbps for first 10 gb
n not flat 2mbps
now when i said u give me in writing n they say they cant do that they are not authorized
for that
can some one tell me what to do i m really fed up with them
n 1 more thing they are not providing me FREE MODEM even i paid for whole 12 months (annual payment)
they say that free modem is only for new customer n not for existing customer
anyone facing similar problem
