Hello everyone, MSI is one step of re-launching to India. BUT the biggest problem facing now is the BIS certification. Right now, requirements are even tightening that labels must be engraved into the laptop itself!

Aside from this, application and testing for thousands of products are already backlogging. If there are some experts who could help us with expediting this process, please leave your comments below.

Much appreciated.

Dislike button ? Never faced a problem with lenovo or acer.

MSI afaik has been a nightmare for almost everyone who owns one.

And read my post. Its says that they should improve their service first.Or you'll end up 4kg's of useless plastic.

As much as everyone is bashing MSI's after service for our laptops, it was because of the netbooks sold in the past. We learned from our mistakes to never ever again offer substandard but very affordable products. Why would MSI think of re-launching again in India? It's because focusing on gaming laptop was the right choice. (http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/snapshot/snapshot.asp?ticker=2377:TT)

Gaming laptops are different case because they are built for quality to last for its proposed lifespan of 3-4 years. RMA issues worldwide are minimal or even nonexistent. Of course, users must also take care and not deliberately open and experiment on their laptops. If issues happen because of this, we're always to blame; as vendors, we always get the hate.

I hope that everyone can understand this tha we can't satisfy everyone's demands. If there are still issues with our products in the future, we will try to resolve this with our direct contact from MSI India Club Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/MsiIndiaClub)[DOUBLEPOST=1397453680][/DOUBLEPOST]Back to the original topic, if there are experts who might be able to give us advice on how to expedite the BIS certification process, we will greatly appreciate it!

Thank you for all the help!
