Yes, had the misfortune of buying a phone from them on the 11th January and the nightmare started from there, It was an impulsive buy and made the payment online.
I was expecting a mail from them confirming my payment.,However I was astounded to see that there was no mail sent from them, From the next day onwards I must have made at least 20 calls and every time they say that someone will call back between 4-24 hours, However nobody has callled me as of now.
Please exercise caution while spending your hard earned money on this site. They are frauds.
