^ so you selected top-up, i guess you should have selected flexi-topup

In case of top-up, the regular ones can be recharges which are shown in the chart, but for other top-up one must use flexi-topup, i am using that to recharge with lower amount, that are not listed on the top-up list.

Also contact then, via email or phone to get back your refund.

I used contact us option at 28th Dec 2011.

After then they blocked my mail and and contact us option from my account.

Every mail send failed and contact us gives error every time.

Still no refund or any kind of reply from them.

Do they have any facebook page ?

You have to pay just the recharge amount, there are no site charges or NEFT charges on freecharge if you do not order coupons.
In case you order coupons then you have to shell out 10 rs more for courier charges.
The coupons are great considering you pay only 10rs for them, you can definetly consider ordering coupons.

They did not refund of failed recharge after 2 weeks.

Mail and contact them via website but no reply or refund.

Dont know if anyone ever got any refund from them.

Freecharge is good, have many successful and failed recharge, but they usually refund the money in a week time, at max

I have used Freecharge.in and paytm tons of times.. Both work like a charm
