Why do you want TZ20 only? TZ10 is also a good P&S camera... You would hardy find any difference in picture quality between TZ10 & TZ20... i would advice you to go with the TZ10 camera only which sells for 10.7k...

TZ10 is a brilliant camera with picture quality much better than TZ20.

If you do want the extra features, look for the Sony HX9v which costs around 15-16k.
