Budget 15-20K best android camera phone below 20k?

Any suggestions for the best android camera phone below 20k?
I'm looking for a android phone which takes good quality pics in indoor artificial lighting conditions as well as outdoors
The camera should be able to focus quickly without shutter lag, also auto mode should produce good pics without too much fiddling in settings

Is the Galaxy S4 a good buy now that its priced around 20k?
I would be using it for calls, light browsing and camera mainly

Galaxy s4 has a great camera. But indoor camera performance is like most other camera phones ie relatively poorer with smudge and luminescence noise.
In the same budget, one plus one definitely has a poorer camera then s4, no contest.
I have heard good about the lenevo vibe x2. But yet to use it so cant comment on shutter lag and all.
Or wait a month till s6 is announced. You can grab the s5 for a song and it does have a great camera.
Are you considering iOS? For simple point and shoot, I feel they do the best job most consistently, other then the lack of deep details due to the limited sensor size.
Iphone 5c is around 20k on amazon right now. (Icici deal)
