Re: Audio Technica entry-mid level Headphones-AD300, AD500, M20, M35 ,T200 and T500.

Hello Gautam sir :p
Long time !
This cousin of mine is all fascinated with my audio gear and now wants cans.
He is used to iems, this pair which came with his nokia music phone, and strangely their really good !
The iems are very bassy and he wants similar cans. His budget is about 3.5k but it would be absolutely okay to spend less than that !
SO the requirement in simple words is, decent instrumnet separation and heavy bass quantity.
Please advise :)

Hello Karan .You could suggest your cousin the ATH-M35 or the T500 . Both are very comfortable and great sounding headphones . The M35 is pretty close to the M50 , costing almost twice its price ! Both the M35 and T500 provide adequate bass but not very heavy bass quantity . You might want to convince your cousin to try some balanced sounding gear and appreciate the midrange and treble instead of heavy bass :).I am sure once introduced to quality sound , he will be hooked forever.

The M20 does not need any extensive burn-in . They sound pretty good out of the box .Small changes in sonic characteristics ,could be noticed during the initial few hours though. Regarding the headphone stand offer ,we can provide you combo discount on the M20 + stand . PM us for more details :).

With the M20 it works very well. I tried it with both a mobile phone and a desktop sound card and the difference was negligible.

@PristineNote: I visited your store in Parsik hill, boy was it a trek worth of praise. :p

Got the AD300 from 5.1 as I wanted to demo it also. :)
