PC Peripherals apple keyboard issue

guys,

i am having a strange issue when I connect the keyboard with my macbook.

this is a white aluminum keyboard, I use it externally to connect it to my macbook, when ever i connect it with my macbook the cursor starts blinking,

and also the moment i type anything on the address bar of google chrome browser, some key combination is pressed which results in some strange popup to appear, there is some where some key combination is getting pressed or there is some hardware level problem ..

this strange behavior you can see in this video that I have captured here, this happens the moment i connect the keyboard through usb, and the moment i type anything a popup appears

bw, the keyboard was lying unused in one of my cartons, and i am using it after 6 months

would really appreciate any help on this ..

check the keyboard preferences first,seeing the key repeat and delay until repeat values.

for both it is set to 5 out of 7 ..
