I have those and never faced any problem like that. They come with different size ear tips, so you can choose the ones that fit you the best. Maybe some people have different ear shapes, but for my ears, I didn't face it.

Edit: After reading @Mann's review, I again want to repeat what I said. Maybe this is subjective. Different ear canals and snug-fit for different people. I commute to office on BRT buses and never had them fall out even during the rush hour.

I had these for a while & I did not face this issue. Do keep in mind that I never used them while jogging/running & most of my experience was listening to them at home or office.

I just observed that they used to fit too deep in my ear canals causing some some discomfort. Otherwise, they were excellent in terms of sound quality & in fact noise cancellation was also pretty good.
