Airtel CC Number needed !

Well I am really pissed .. Recently I recharged my mom's cell with 700+ refill and they deducted almost 100 for caller tune and other crap service which neither my mom nor I enabled it !

Please pass on the Customer care number so that I can complaint there .. Its a prepaid conection..

Its all automated , I want to talk to the executive

WTF when I tried to know my balance from 121, it did tell me and later on it says this facility is not available on your connection "try again

^^Select the option to buy a new airtel connection. That almost guarantees you to reach one of their executives. Once you are there and you explain your problem, they will transfer your call as necessary

If you can't reach any executive using the 121 customer care number, here is the link with Addres, Phone Numbers & Email Addresses of Nodal Officers and Appellate authorities of Airtel.
