I have an Airtel connection.My plan is 2mbps unlimited with 30gb FUP RS.1999
As Airtel are doubling everybody's speed,i should also get doubled but my speed is the same 2mbps.It has been doubled but only at night to 4mbps
I contacted Airtel numerous time in June and July about the the speed upgradation,they told me that i will get 4mbps full day doubled.Airtel Presence even confirmed this
Around July end my night speed got doubled but my day speed didn't,so i contacted them and now they say they are only doubling night speed to 4mbps not day speeds
I ask them why am I paying more rs.1999 for the same day speed as the 1mbps rs.1399 doubled to 2mbps users which are paying less and
they tell me its because they took the 1mbps plan.is that even an answer?
