Video 40" LCD... Suggestions needed...!!!

Hi everyone,

My parents are planning to buy a 40" LCD soon. They had a look at the Samsung 530 and 550 model and they seem to like them both. Sam 530 is costing around 54000 and 550 is costing around 58000.

I suggested them to get the 530 since 550 doesnt have anything 'extra' for the 4000 that are being paid more.

Kindly suggest should I give a yes to 530 or 550 OR should I look at some other options as well in the same price range...??

P.S. some DTH service (dunno which one as I dint ask) + DVD player free.
 
well some in this forum have bought it for 49k and in others froums they have bought the samsung 40b530 for as low as 47k in reliance digital.so try getting it for that price.yes both are excellent choices for a 40inch at the price of 47 to 49k u can't really complain,not to mention the diwali freebies like a upscaling DVD player and other stuff.
