200k Video Conference Setup

I want to setup a video conference set up for a small office, need help for best possible setup. I was thinking
1.TV
2.Webcam
3. Mic
4. Speaker
Want a set up which supports almost all major web conference app like Webx, Zoom and so on. Budget is 200,000/- . Members can make changes or suggest the best possible set up
 
How many people will be in the room during the meeting? I think the answer would depend on that. What is the rough size of the room?

If possible look at Table array microphone, they are kinda purpose built so people can speak freely without holding a mic / laving up.
 
Say maximum of 10 at the most. I would really appreciate if directed specific brand and equipments. I have no idea when it comes to video conference equipments
 
Microsoft Teams has a wide array of hardware support. If your organization already uses teams, you are halfway there.
