symptoms seem to suggest 1)ur psu is leaking power 2)there is no proper earthing (which may not even be ur ups' fault.)

why the 6400 , if ur going 4 a high multi then go 4 a e4300, just make sure u get a good week , also make sure its the p965 ds3 and not the g965 ds3
