Just a wild guess - could it be earthing issue ? Not sure but i think i had noise in headphones many years ago because of that. Adapter did not have earth pin or something like that.

Amazon refurbished products are good. I had bought kindle earlier and firestick 4k max recently and both seemed like new to me and without any issues + full warranty i think. Happy with it - quality is better vs desktop pc streaming with prime video .

32 is great and works well at arms length for me too. Now 27 looks small to me. 42 seems impractical at same distance so limit is somewhere in between. 27 1440p - will be fine and good upgrade from 1080p 21. 24 1080p has lower ppi. acer KV v2 is nice.

Simply don't connect the argb cables to motherboard and by default there is no fan light. That's what i do, and yeah fan controller is nice. I also put a 140 fan under the gpu, there is lot of space and that does the work of a side fan - probably better as you don't need to disconnect cable...
