Only murders in the building
It is exactly what you are looking for it's both detective and comedy. A must watch with intersting characters and nice plot twists

Similar ..maybe on the concept.. to some extent. But both are in different leagues. I could not tolerate the over the top acting so left it midway in S1. They should really have named it as Psycho. The Mentalist, on the other hand, ... unputdownable.

Detective / Legal = Bosch, Goliath (Found some episodes disturbing), Good Wife, Good Fight, Suits, Boston Legal.
Comedy = The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Young Sheldon, Big Bang Theory, Friends.
Detective x Comedy = Monk

I'd not say strictly detective but Manifest is a thriller where they are technically detectives trying to figure out what's going on with their brain after a plane landed 5 years later and the passengers get physical experiences of future events, be it good or bad.

The fourth season of Fauda is up for a while now. They've had a good run.

Fauda isn't detective, its anti-terror with the majority being deep under cover which gives it an espionage flair.

the latest one - there are two of these iirc. you need to watch the one with 2 seasons that got unfortunately ditched for whatever reason! amazing and beautiful show.
