MTNL BroadPlan Plan changes

Serious prediction. What do you think which one is possible...
1. Minimum speed increase from 512 to 768 for xpress plans (hopefully 1 mbps- but asking too much)
2. FUP limit will increase by 1.5X for xpress plans
3. unlimited plan speed boost around 1.2-1.5X
4. for 2 and 4mbps unlimited plan 50% price reduction.
5. upload speed increase to 768
I can't imagine anything above these...

450 rs plan 2mbps at night

assholes BSNL when will they keep up with MTNL...
no plan change for 6 ****ing years ..to add to that they are increasing the prices of the existing ones every two years

+10. Bsnl is worst ISP in India with broadband plans.
Fingers,legs,hair(ofcourse of head) all crossed.SInce it will announce by their head.Most probably it will be a new plan.I just hope its not on that fibre optic line of say 50mbps download speed.Than that FUP will be the hammer.
Btw i see on plan 450 they again did 2mbps speed after 12am to 7 am..From when did that happened?
