As I'm new to the iOS enviorment, please let me know how I can edit a word in paragraph for a spelling mistake. As I found now, need to select the word by touching then edit but sometime the touching section is so small it is hard to do that(Touch->Select->Edit).....anyway is there any chance to get the arrow function iOS's virtual keyboard ?

My question how the blinking cursor move place to place (in a paragraph) easily ?

Please reply......
 
It should have been there,cydia had a 5 row keyboard.
Otherwise the only way... to use your finger in the magnifying glass to drag/reposition your cursor which I'm getting better at but still find clunky, imprecise and slow requiring extra concentration, much more than using arrow keys.
There are some apps like Arrow key notes,mails etc.though.
 
Could someone tell me what would or would not happen if I register or dont register my iPad 4? I dont want it to upgrade to a newer firmware automatically. Thanks :)

It will never update to new firmware automatically. On PC, it does ask that there is a new firmware available and if you want to Download only, Download and Install and Cancel, when you sync your iPad to PC (if a new firmware is available). Even on the iPad itself, it will prompt you if you want to update iOS version but will never force you to update.
You should ideally register (if i am interpreting it as sync in iTunes ?) as your data will backed up on PC and god forbid some issue happens, you can restore from your backup to not lose anything.
Additionally if by registering you mean setting up an iTunes account and using it on iPad then without that you won't be able to download apps from the app store.

Im able to sync and all but every time I connect the iPad and open iTunes, it asks me do you want to register your iPad now? It allows you to get more information about your iPad and have a better experience or something with options for yes, later and no thanks.

Oh i am not sure about that. I must have done it probably but don't remember now. If sync etc works then no need to register i guess.
 
ALso Im unable to sync apps that I downloaded from PC though Im able to sync music etc. I drag the apps to the homescreen and click on apply, iTunes shows backing up...syncing but nothing happens. :( (Disclaimer: I used kuaiyong and 25pp to try some apps)

In iTunes, under iPad -> Apps tab -> Select Sync Apps (or Applications), put a tick there and try (if not already there), it should sync.
 
That doesn't help... I am facing the same issue. Even I used kuaiyong for a few days. Although, itunes shows all apps synced and shows that all apps are present but it just doesn't copy the apps to the ipad:(
I tried doing a manual sync and dragged individual apps but no help. It shows apps copied but never really copies it.
@artikle... I accessed the purchses from my iPad and put them for installing in the night directly on the ipad and by morning all apps were again downloaded on the ipad:)...best solution

@artikle...BTW u use the chinese versions of booth the apps? kuaiyong is a f*king pain in the a$$ due to the language.
BTW: never heard of 25cc...is this better than kuaiyong

@vercetti Yes chinese versions and yes I understand nothing :p And the same problem as you, But for me the problem is downloads on the iPad are some what erratic and randomly pause or dont start properly.25pp is more or less the same. For some it seems better but for others kauiyong is.

cool bro @artikle. I did face some erratic downloads on my iPad (git this a week ago brand new)...but issue was solved when I changed the and checked settings to download apps onto ipad directly over 3G and wifi:)

How do I edit and attach a word document to my email via word? I am not bale to open word docs completely (some features remain disabled)

Sorry but i have not really worked on word files on iPad expect editing word docs in my google drive sometimes.

Ok if your question is how to attach ANY file to an email, then unfortunately stock iOS lets you attach only limited files like photo or video to an email, but since my iPad is jailbroken, i have the tweak AnyAttach installed which lets me attach any file to an email.

Let me check...is this a Cydia ONLY App? and does this integrate with the inbuild mail app of iPad?

yes it does. I don't have ipad currently but on my iPhone i do have it and yes it does work with the stock mail app as well. You will see a pin icon when composing email, click that and a file explorer type will come and choose any file you want from that.
And yes it is Cydia only, apple would never (as of now) provide such functionality.
