WTB: Feature packed phone in Rs.2500

I plan to buy a feature packed secondary phone for my father within Rs.2500, I came across a Vodafone 1230 which is essentially a ZTE E810, selling on Fashionandyou.com for Rs.2444

Kindly let me know if this is a good buy or if I can get something better for Rs.2500 -- please do not recommend any chinese crap, or micromax and spice phones.

Well its a ZTE and looks like a good buy for 2.5k (albeit with no warranty) Refurbished or old or a new phone?
