WTB: any1 got a REAL Cheap AGP graphic card

hi dudes,
I need the cheapest AGP graphic card out there that any1 can offer but mind u in good working condition. It is not for games, just for my sister's PC. the problem is that the Nvida nforce graphic card onboard is giving a problem i.e. the monitor keeps on changing colors from blue to white,etc. I changed the monitor and yet the same prob.

The comp is just used for internet surfing et all. So I dont need any power or anything on it. I'm looking like dirt cheap...around Rs.500. I'm from Mumbai. Thanx

Masky you are confused, the buyer is from mumbai and the seller u are pointing to is from delhi....and both do not want to sell/buy from other city....
