WTB: 939 proci plus mobo

Have sold the download rig and now wanna build one with better features...

1. 939 based proci... 3000+ for 2k oe 3200+ for 2.5k
must have at least 4-5 months warranty left...
preferably not over clocked

2. msi rs 480 or asus a8n vm or similar - no via please
must have SATA II, RAID, sound, vga, lan on board
under warranty for at least 2-3 months prefered... arnd 1.8k

Also looking for a 400 or above budget PSU and a color 17inch black body monitor (preferably under at least 8 months warranty and from mumbai buyer) and any decent budgeted pcie nonTC gfx card.... have not set budget for these yet... say a total of 4 to 5 k

if anyone wanna sell their am2 based combo, i am open for that even....

i dont know if there are any review.All i know is that the board does the job its supposed to do without much hassles.

Also this is the cheapest 939 mobo i guess...

DipDude has this board has managed to OC his CPU pretty well.
 
had a deal with darklord.... nt exactly what i was looking for but near enough specifications.....

So i need to get the monitor, for which i will post a different thread.
