I am literally running out of storage on my 500gb nvme proxmox host, I need to make a Lab for pentesting and I need multiple windows VMs.

Budget is around 10k.

I need to buy from store but all the pricing is bad.

I narrowed down to these two which are in stock:
Tosiba P300 2TB and
WD BLUE 2TB

I am leaning towards WD because of warranty.

I am going to buy 2 and put them in a RAID array.

Also should I buy from local or shipping is fine?

Local store is: thevaluestore.in
and online store is: theitdepot

Good resources.
Then no other choice I have to get 1TB variants :(

Gonna get 2 x Western Digital Blue 1TB Internal Hard Drive for Desktop - 7200 RPM (WD10EZEX)
because Toshiba has 0 warranty AFAIK.

Any way to stress test the drives on linux?

I couldn't find any warranty/rma policy.

For seagate and WD I found a portal to do returns etc
Yeah, fair. I can't find much on it either. Just this but not sure how easy it'll be to get warranty.

However, personally I would treat anything you have to get warranty for as a lost cause. I don't trust the refurbished drives WD gives as a warranty replacement. The last one died in 3 months for me.

Bruh did you try for replacement again?

So should I get Toshiba itself? This is soo confusing.

Im thinking of ordering from US also.
