i have forwarded a port correctly in the modem settings tab. it shows open in utorrent but shows closed in internet explorer :S
same thing happens to any port. tried to restore default settings in modem lots of times. port is shown open for a few hours and then the above problem crops up.
due to this utorrent always downloads at less speeds than usual, i think cause default speed used to be around 30-35Kbps. now it dropped to 20 or even 10Kbps.
