[URGENT] PPT to text file ??

Is there any application that can convert a ppt document to a text file. I don't care of the pics in the PPT don't come (obviously they won't) but all the text should.
Any way out ??

Please this is little urgent.
 
I have many PPTs :(

But yes 6pack your reply gave me an idea. I created pdf out of the ppts using PDFcreater and then Ctrl-A,Ctrl-C,Ctrl-V
