But those games are many a times even available at road side shops / stalls.
 
I think you could give him cricket/badminton or any outdoor activity set... or better yet r/c car or helicopter

I liked them when i was kid.
 
like max_demon suggested. Get him an rc helicopter, the kid will love you and you get to see the kid exercise by running arnd instead of ruining his eyes :p
