Looking to upgrade my PC to ddr3

Low at budget a guy on TE forum is offering Amd Athlon x4 635 at Rs3200+ shipping

should I go for that or AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition at Rs4100

Which would be best

Also I want to sold my old config how much I will get for that..

I am not buying any GPU so looking for a good onboard graphics board which can handle games like GTA4

Please suggest me a good value for money config I am very tight at Budget..

I want to buy Processor, Motherboard, Ram and Power supply

Can extend my budget to 1k

^^ For your old PC can't say more than 2000/- to about 3000/- after selling everything, Llano is speculated around 8000/- opening. This means you have around 2 months to save-up get a Fusion APU (Llano) + decent PSU (preferably a Corsair CX 400 OR FSP Saga II 500W.
 
bro better try to buy a 2nd hand modded xbox and connect it to your monitor or tv. believe me it will be much more satisfying rather than buying a rig at low cost. and for net and other stuffs keep your old pc.
