!! Unable to Disable Widnows Security Center in Vista !!

Hey guys,

Its been long time i am tryin to disable Windows Security Center in Vista. I even disabled it from Services from msconfig and its entry isnt there in Startup either, still every time i start my System i cannot start any program unless this Windows Security Center appears in system tray...and it takes almost 20-30 secs for it to appear..

I want to disable it..!! how can i do it once and for all..:S

If u r talking about the Notification that u get and want to get rid of this u can try this....

To disable the popup messages , right-click on the little red shield icon and choose Open Security Center from the menu. You could also open Security Center from the start menu.

Click the link for “Change the way Security Center alerts me”.

Now you’ll see a dialog with three choices. Choose the bottom one if you don’t want the notifications anymore.

Or if u can mention in details wat u want.....

Did the above thing yesterday...

But still there are applications that dont start instantly wen PC starts.. like for Connecting over Net... the Dialup doesnt come say after 20-30sec or even a min...

So why the delay..??
